On our approach to your snow clearing needs…
We will have your driveway sufficiently cleared in time for your to get to work…
While we need to manage every storm a little differently, our primary objective is to make sure you can get out of your driveway to go to work - first thing in the morning. Then we’ll often work through the day to complete the clean-up while you’re at work.
We’ll come back if the city plow has gone by again…
We try to co-ordinate clearing your driveway about the same time as the city plow. But, if they make another pass after we’ve been there – a quick call to let us know – and our operator will swing by again.
If you have questions, you will be able to reach us…
Our phones are open and available for you (i.e. the city just plowed you in, or drifting snow has filled your driveway, etc.) between 9 am – 4 pm weekdays. And, since we’re open all year 'round, we’re always available to take your call during business hours.
If you have an emergency, you will be able to reach us after hours…
Should you ever have a critical after-hours issue, as a GreenScape.ca snow client, you’ll have an exclusive, after hours emergency phone number.
When you leave us a voice-mail message, we will return your call…

We don’t expect to cause damage to your property, and neither should you…
We’ll make every effort to avoid damage to your property. Before the first snowfall, we’ll visit your property to inspect things - like steps, gardens, planters, retaining walls, plants, shrubs and trees - that may stick out into your driveway. We'll discuss any concerns with you so we can agree to a plan for preventing property damage. Finally, to help us avoid the edges of your lawn, we’ll place safety marker sign posts on both sides of your driveway.
Unlike snowplows, we won't leave piles of snow at the foot of your drive that make it dangerous backing out…
Because our GreenScape.ca snow 'Standard' is to only use snow blowers, rather than plows, we can put your snow where it needs to be, as we work, rather than having you having to arrange for someone to come back in mid-winter and truck away the snow banks conventional snow plowing leaves behind. And it's much easier on your walks, lawn, gardens and walls, too!
Our equipment isn’t likely to leave those awful scrapes and rust marks on your driveway…
Instead of snowplows, we only use snow-blowers. And, to minimize the chance of scratches or rust marks on your driveway, each of our blower assemblies is equipped with innovative Kevlar® runners on the bottom. That means no metal touches your driveway surface.
We can even take care of your walks and steps, too…
After we've blown the snow from your driveway, our 'shovel team' can swing by to carefully clear your front and/or side door walkways & steps – by hand. Ask for a quote when you call.
